Marina Petrosov is a licensed Broker and General Contractor, giving her clients a unique advantage: the ability to evaluate properties from both a sales and construction perspective. She is also a Certified First-Time Buyer Specialist, helping buyers access special programs and opportunities.

With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Information Systems, and a background in accounting and auditing, Marina brings both technical insight and financial discipline to every transaction. This combination allows her to guide clients toward smart investments and strategies that drive strong long-term results.

Fluent in English and Russian, Marina proudly serves diverse communities throughout the Bay Area. She is a devoted mother of two, an active school volunteer, and enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her dachshund, Luke.

Nick Petrosov is a licensed Loan Officer, Realtor®, and General Contractor who brings financing, real estate, and construction together under one roof. He specializes in loan structuring, ADU development, new construction, and renovations, helping clients lower costs and maximize property value.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Nick brings a structured, efficiency-driven approach to every project. His background in technology and systems (Bachelor's in Computer Science and Master's in Information Systems) allows him to integrate data, planning, and execution in ways that simplify complex projects and deliver measurable results.

Outside of work, Nick is a dedicated father of two who enjoys family activities - from soccer tournaments with his son to biking adventures with his daughter. He values strong communities and helping families achieve lasting real estate success.
